AddBy: Amanda Woodford20th Sep 2018 10:44PMOne of my favourite photos, of my Nana (Peggy) - also one of her favourites. Whenever I asked her about it as a child she would tell me of George's generosity. She also spoke of Lottie's difficulties, after being detained in a concentration camp before reaching New Zealand. This image I painted in oil on canvas (as part of my Masters studies), which I sent to my Nana. On route to NZ from Melbourne, in the post, it was damaged in transit - just like Lottie was - although disappointing it seemed fitting. A.Woodford.
