Ranui Ellison-Collins, Student - University of Otago / Agria-Hōaka Scholarship Recipient.
Ranui grew up in South Dunedin and attended Queen’s High School where she was part of the Young Enterprise Scheme, where she lead a combined team with King’s High School. Her team won the National Te Puni Kokiri Excellence in Maori Business Award, and the National Enterprising Music Award.
During the exhibition, Ranui was in Shanghai, China, to study Mandarin as the recipient of the Ngāi Tahu Agria-Hōaka Scholarship.
About South Dunedin “I really appreciated the sense of community we had there.”. She is looking forward to it “flourishing like it once did”.
