Dunedin City Library 40th Anniversary of the Civic Plaza Building on Moray Place

Description

The Dunedin City Library on the Civic Plaza on Moray Place was formally opened on Saturday 21st November 1981. In 2021 we celebrate 40 years of the building with a look back at the years of planning and debate that led to the final design - a build that took six years to complete, and was filled with library collections in just three weeks.
