Relics is a family-run record store established in Dunedin in 2013. The proprietors are husband and wife team, musician Dave James and ethnomusicologist Irene Hundleby. In 2020, Relics expanded to encompass a second neighbouring store selling hi-fi audio equipment. The record shop has an extensive collection of vinyl records, featuring a large number of New Zealand bands. Dave and Irene are very supportive of local Dunedin bands and stock Dunedin music on preferential terms.
