Rally for Palestine

Hundreds of people in Ōtepoti Dunedin marched to express their solidarity with Palestine and call for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza. 

The rallies organised by a Palestinian-led coalition have been ongoing since October 2023. Taking place on Saturdays, protesters assembled at the Otago Museum Reserve and proceeded along George Street to the Octagon.
