Details
DescriptionA last journey for Dad (Allan Langston) to Tahakopa Station in the Catlins where he used to take the train in childhood to visit his beloved jidi and siti (grandparents) on the farm at Kahuika. The trains ran from Dunedin to this station from 1915 to 1971 and was originally used for transporting timber out from the sawmills.
